Want to give someone a real boost on social media? Get real with your interaction/engagement.
Views and likes are nice but what can really help someone out is a heartfelt comment.
Not only does taking the time to post a comment help with most social algorithms (from what we know about how they work), it demonstrates you really read their post and it inspires you to engage.
The best comments are those that add to the original post’s value, ask questions, and spur additional engagement by others. “Congrats” or “good job” doesn’t really count. Make your comments sincere and heartfelt to unlock the power of social media to create connections.
