Seek Out Joy and You Will Find It

Last year, I started a new challenge: to select one new habit to form every quarter.

I’ve found that it takes 90 days of concerted attention to form a new habit, and I have had pretty solid success with this practice.

This quarter, I have been focusing attention on growing my joy and sparking joy in everything that I do.

For me, this starts with gratitude and also includes looking for little wins in every part of my life to celebrate throughout each day.

I know there are a lot of people out there who don’t love what they do.

And that seeps into EVERYTHING they do.

So I have been trying to nurture joy everywhere.

In my relationships.

In my work.

In my play.

And it starts with noticing.

I love what I do.

And I love that what I do fuels what I love.

See where you can spark some joy in your life today.

Every day.
