Seniors Resource Center reached out to Relish Studio to assist with redesigning and redeveloping their website – their main presence online for attracting and engaging with potential new clients. Seniors Resource Center needed a website that would help them show up better in search engines and reflect the high quality of care and services they provide for seniors in the local community. Their old site was antiquated, didn’t work well on mobile devices, and was organized poorly which created challenges when trying to get found online and converting site traffic to interested, engaged clients.
The main challenges with this project involved porting all of their existing content to the WordPress CMS and ensuring they were able to effectively deliver their messaging to target audiences in a friendly, well-organized manner. They had a bulk of legacy content we helped cull and assisted with a URL change that didn’t result in a degradation of their SEO rankings or Domain Authority.
After conducting thorough research into how their existing site was being used and how their target audiences accessed their materials, we recommended a plan to help reduce the number of pages, improve their online presence, and develop a website that would appeal to potential clients and enable their internal team to make regular adjustments and additions to site content. During this process, we also helped establish a new look and feel for the organization that raised the standard of design to enable SRC to appeal to a wider audience and attract both an expanded clientele and potential staff.
With the help from the team at Relish, SRC was finally able to achieve a look and feel in which they could be proud. The new site resulted in improved performance metrics across the board and was well-received by all stakeholders.
“I’ve worked with Stu and the team at Relish on several client projects, and every time we’ve been delighted. They’re online marketing pros and their websites are not only functional, but beautiful. Would highly recommend!”
