OVERVIEW

Prime Health Plus – a Grand Junction, Colorado nonprofit in the healthcare space – partnered with Relish to create a website that reflects the organization’s commitment to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to individuals in need along Colorado’s western slope. The website was designed to clearly communicate their focus on wellness, preventative care, and patient-centered healthcare solutions and provide a portal through which residents can access affordable healthcare solutions.

CHALLENGES

Prime Health Plus needed a digital platform that could effectively showcase their range of healthcare services while creating a welcoming and trustworthy experience for patients. The challenge was developing a website that made healthcare information easy to understand and access while helping individuals and families feel confident exploring available care options. Additionally, the new site included a new brand name and URL migration that needed to retain as much SEO performance as possible.

SOLUTION

Relish designed and built a clean, modern WordPress website experience focused on clear messaging, intuitive navigation, and accessible content organization. The site highlights Prime Health Plus’ services, from primary care to specialized treatments, while creating an approachable experience that supports patient education and engagement.

RESULTS

The new Prime Health Plus website launched in August 2025 and provides a welcoming digital presence that builds trust and encourages patient engagement. The platform reflects the organization’s dedication to improving the health and well-being of individuals and families while making healthcare services easier to explore. Our planning and project management helped keep a large team on track throughout the process, ensured that the new brand and name was communicated effectively, and the updated site design elevates the brand and aligns their digital presence with the quality of care they provide. In the first year post-launch, the new site improved new user acquisition by over 150%.

Our agency has partnered with Stu and his team at Relish for several years now, and they’ve consistently been outstanding to work with for our more complex website projects. We value Relish for their thoughtful, strategic approach to web design and development that always keeps in mind each client’s audience and goals – something your run-of-the-mill web developer often loses sight of. Stu’s team excels at distilling complex projects into a logical approach, delivering clean, user-friendly builds for both back-end editing and visitor-facing UX/UI, and offering clear, meaningful guidance to us and our clients throughout the process. Relish works with us in an open, transparent way so that clients know they have a combined team of experts behind them, and Stu and his crew are excellent at asking the right questions that are important to the build and responding in real-time to client questions, which makes collaboration seamless. Their expertise and insight have been invaluable, and together we’ve been able to deliver meaningful value to every project. Highly recommend!
